Jeff Beck would become a great guitarist and even rewrote Roy’s song “Running Scared” as “Beck’s Bolereo”.
The Small Faces added Jeff Beck and Rod Stewart and renamed themselves the Faces. The Faces opened for Roy Orbison a few times. Rod Stewart famously hid behind an amplifier and the curtains for his whole performance opening for Roy’s concert.
