Happy Birthday Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin ! (Born January 9, 1944) Jimmy Page toured with Roy Orbison in 1967 when the Yardbirds opened for Roy’s tour. Roy’s hit single in 1967 was named “Communication Breakdown”. Jimmy liked the title and used it for his own song on Led Zeppelin 1. Almost nobody knows this.

Dick Clark visits the home of Sun Record Company in Memphis, Tennessee. Performances by Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and Carl Perkins, including a reunion performance. Ricky Nelson – Singer is also on hand lending some musical talent to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legends.  

January 8th is the birthday of my grandfather, Roy’s father, Orbie Lee Orbison. Born in 1913. Happy Birthday Papaw!
